Precision Parallel Self centering vice

This type of Parallel self centering vice Ideal for machining at constant length which makes them specially valid for working machining centers design to minimize jaw lift and deflection. This design naturally pushes the vise jaws forward allowing much greater surface contact on parts maximizing holding strength with less clamp force.

  • This type of vice is made out of high grade Tensile casting having brinell hardness 180 and above accurately machined & Grounded
  • Clamping jaws are made out of tool steel heat treated at 52° to 54° HRC & Grounded with stopper holes at the side of the clamping jaws
  • Safe guards at the movable jaw ends to prevent the entering scraps inside
  • Tenons slots are Grounded
  • Squareness and Parallelism grounded at 0.02 Microns
  • Jaw design minimizes jaw lift • Easy center-line adjustment
  • Designed to work on VMC Machines, HMC Machines, and other controlled centers.
  • Standard Accessories Supplied 2 no’s T-Bolts, Set of Tenons & Screws One handle.
