This type of Hydraulic vice achieves a clamping force up to 5000 kgs using the simple turn of the handle without any effort. This advantage makes them ideal for heavy duty clamping in Machines This hydraulic vice is Made out of high tensile casting Machined and surface flame and ground to ensure maximum accuracy. Jaw plates are made out of tool steel machined and heat treated Hardened at 52° to 56° HRC and ground with stopper hole in side of the clamping jaws Inbuilt hydraulic cylinder for high clamping force which does not required any external force. Different stations given that is Pin changing for clamping the work pieces at different levels for shortening the time lapse of rotating the handle Tenon slots are grounded Longitudinal and cross squareness and Parallelism accuracy at 0.02 Micron High deflection / Bending resistant constructed for machining center Milling VMC and other machine shop applications Novalee Spicer
